We will “serve” legal documents to a defendant or person involved in a court case, prove that the legal papers were served and follow all of the laws pertaining to process serving in the state of Tennessee.
This includes serving a citation, summons, complaint, notices and subpoenas to the person you need to receive them. Rush services can be added.
Temporary Protection Orders- a short term document issued by a court to help protect you from someone who is abusing, threatening or harassing you (usually for victims of domestic violence and stalking).
Temporary Restraining Orders- a TRO is a short-term legal order court order that protects a person or persons from physical, mental, verbal, or other abuse. It is often order until a judge can hear all of the evidence.
This includes our process servers delivering a citation or notice (the legal notification you have filed a case) to the defendant.
